While insurance reimbursements for dentists often remain lower than industry standards, we choose to work with these plans as a courtesy to our patients and our community.
However, it’s important to note that some insurance plans may follow their own provisions and contracted rates, which may be set by your employer or plan administrator rather than the rates outlined in our agreement with your insurance company. While we do our best to understand every patient’s coverage, it is ultimately the responsibility of the patient and/or guardian to be familiar with their individual policy.
Our team works diligently to provide accurate estimates for treatment costs, but insurance policies can be complex and vary significantly. Taking an active role in understanding your coverage helps ensure smooth, transparent care.
In some instances, our participation status with these carriers may fall outside your plan’s preferred network. This allows us to focus fully on the quality of your care without being restricted by insurance limitations, many of which do not align with the best interests of the patient. In most cases, your plan will still reimburse a portion of your treatment, and we are always here to help you navigate that process. The result is a higher level of care, more personalized options, and no unnecessary red tape.

Due to Medicare’s strict guidelines, we are unfortunately unable to accept these plans at our office, a challenge faced by many dental practices.
